Lindley Forest Green

Hailsham FabricF4871-03

Lindley Forest Green presents a classic damask pattern in a soft, leaf-toned green that feels calm rather than sharp. The motif sits on a pale ground, giving the design a light, airy read despite its traditional form.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% linen, this Hailsham fabric has the relaxed handle and gently textured surface associated with natural fibre cloth. The damask repeats in a large-scale layout, with a vertical repeat of 53cm and a horizontal repeat of about 44cm, creating a clear formal rhythm across the width. In this Forest Green colourway, the pattern is not a deep woodland shade but a muted sage-leaning green, with the leafy outline slightly stronger than the inner fill. At 132cm wide, it is well suited to a range of interior applications, and the Q 8 + T 3 care code and √BM fire code are part of its supplied specification.

How to use it

Use it on curtains or a tailored occasional chair where the pale ground and softened green damask can lift the room without feeling heavy. It works especially well with aged brass, limestone, and painted timber in warm white or putty.

Pair with warm neutrals and dark timber for a calm, tailored scheme.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Lindley Forest Green without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
