Dart Stripe Leaf Green

Hector FabricF3514-06

Dart Stripe Leaf Green shows a fine, tightly spaced stripe in a soft, leafy green tone against a pale ground. The effect is crisp and airy, with a lightly textured linen-cotton look that feels calm rather than bold.

About this fabric

This colourway is made up of very narrow vertical striping, giving the fabric a neat, tailored rhythm across the surface. The leaf green reads cool and muted, softened by the pale ground so the overall impression stays fresh and understated. Woven in 55% linen and 45% cotton, it has the natural, lightly slubbed character you would expect from that blend, while the 146cm approximate width makes it practical for larger runs. The horizontal repeat is just 0.5cm approximately, so the stripe sits almost pin-thin and unobtrusive, ideal where you want pattern without strong contrast. It is a versatile textile with a relaxed, country-house feel and a clean enough finish to sit comfortably in more tailored schemes.

How to use it

Use this soft green stripe on occasional upholstery, headboards or relaxed curtains where you want a gentle lift rather than a strong statement. It pairs especially well with chalk whites, pale oak and muted sage accents.

Fresh and quietly tailored, this works well with pale woods and simple upholstery lines.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Dart Stripe Leaf Green without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
