About this fabric

Woven in a blend of 42% viscose, 32% cotton, 17% polyester, 7% linen and 2% acrylic, this fabric has a dry, lightly textured handle that suits either upholstery or drapery. The 139cm approximate width and 33cm vertical repeat / 9cm horizontal repeat make the stripe feel orderly and composed rather than busy. In this colourway, the dark green bands sit against soft oatmeal and stone tones, with the weave catching the light in a restrained, matte way. The result is a smart fabric with an understated, heritage character and enough visual rhythm to enliven plain furnishings.

How to use it

Use Carey Forest on a classic armchair, bench seat or tailored curtains where the muted green stripe can add structure without overpowering the room. It pairs especially well with natural timber, chalky whites and deeper olive accents.
