About this fabric

This colourway is a muted aqua with a cool, misty cast, broken up by fine woven slubs that keep the surface from looking flat. The fabric is 139cm wide approximately and is composed of 44% viscose, 32% cotton, 13% linen and 11% polyester, so it has a natural-looking handle with a refined finish. The repeat is 0cm vertical and horizontal, making it a plain woven coordinate rather than a patterned cloth. Its pale blue-green tone catches the light softly, which helps it feel calm and versatile rather than vivid or coastal-bright.

How to use it

Use Irving Aqua where you want a fresh, understated colour that still has enough texture to add depth. It pairs well with chalky whites, pale oak and brushed metals in contemporary or classic rooms.

A pale aqua neutral that feels fresh and calm across upholstery or curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
