About this fabric
Woven in 100% linen, Babette Lake has the relaxed texture you expect from a natural fibre fabric, but with the practicality of a 30,000 Martindale rub test and general domestic upholstery grade. The print is a soft aqua blue with slightly deeper blue accent marks, so the leafy repeat feels crisp without looking harsh. Its pale background keeps the overall effect light and breathable, while the visible slub of the linen adds a gentle, organic finish. With a 137cm width and fixed upholstery usage, it is well suited to domestic seating where you want colour and pattern without heaviness.
How to use it
Use this colourway on a side chair, ottoman or banquette where the cool blue can sit comfortably alongside white-painted joinery and sandy neutrals. It also works beautifully with rattan, oak and other pale natural finishes for a coastal-leaning scheme.
