Blythe Field

Flori Fabric003

Blythe Field brings a lively leafy repeat to the Flori collection, with soft olive fronds set against a pale ground. The design feels fresh and airy, but the scale gives it real presence.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% linen, Blythe Field is a general domestic upholstery fabric with a 30,000 Martindale rub test and FR compliance to BS5852 Part 1 Source 0 and 1. The swatch shows a botanical pattern of arching fronds in muted olive green, lifted by a light cream background with tiny pale blue specks that add movement between the leaves. Its 137cm width and approximate 45cm vertical repeat make it well suited to patterned upholstery projects where the motif needs room to show. Although it has a relaxed linen handle, the colourway reads smart rather than rustic thanks to the crisp contrast between the green motif and the pale ground.

How to use it

This soft olive version works well on occasional chairs, ottomans, or bench seating where the large-scale leaf pattern can become the focal point. Pair it with chalky whites, pale oak and gentle blue accents to keep the room feeling light and botanical.

Use on statement seating or a tailored headboard to let the leafy repeat read clearly.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
