Inca Seabed

Inca Fabric

Inca Seabed is a moody, oceanic colourway with a softly mottled deep blue ground and a crisp trellis pattern in muted green and cream. The diamond repeat gives it a tailored, graphic presence without feeling harsh.

About this fabric

Woven in 60% Polyester, 28% Recycled Polyester, 8% Acrylic and 4% Viscose with an Eco SR finish, Inca Seabed balances practicality with a rich decorative look. Its 100000 Martindale rub test and contract/general domestic upholstery grading make it well suited to hard-working seating, while the A FR rating to BS5852 Part 1 Source 0 and 1 adds reassurance. The visible surface reads like a brushed or velvety texture, with a dark blue base that feels cool and inky rather than bright. Across the 137cm width, the 46.5cm repeat creates a bold lattice that stands out clearly against the background.

How to use it

Use this seabed blue on an armchair, banquette or headboard where the geometric trellis can be seen from a distance. It works especially well with oak, walnut and chalky linen tones to keep the room grounded and crisp.

Pair with warm woods and pale neutrals to let the verdant trellis stand out against the moody ground.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
