About this fabric
This colourway shows broad vertical stripes in a muted powder blue and warm ivory, with a fine scalloped outline that adds a neat tailored edge. Woven in 100% linen, it has the slightly dry, organic texture you can see in the cloth surface, while still feeling polished enough for smart interiors. The fabric is rated at 30,000 Martindale and specified for fixed upholstery, making it a practical domestic choice for sofas, benches and headboards. It is 137cm wide, machine washable at 30C with around 3% shrinkage, and should be dry cleaned after care where required. FR performance is A, conforming to BS5852 Part 1 Source 0 and 1.
How to use it
Use it on a pared-back armchair, banquette or bedroom headboard where the powder blue stripe can brighten the room without feeling harsh. It also works well with white-painted wood, bleached oak and soft sand tones for a calm coastal feel.
