About this fabric

Woven in 100% linen, this fabric has the relaxed handle and natural surface texture you can see in the slightly slubbed ground. The stripe runs vertically in broad pale pavlova pink bands, edged with a fine scalloped coral line that gives the design a neat, decorative rhythm. With a 30,000 Martindale rub test and a general domestic upholstery grade, it is well suited to everyday seating where a softer, more elegant stripe is wanted. It is specified at 137cm wide, can be machine washed at 30C with around 3% shrinkage, and should be dry cleaned after care. The FR rating conforms to BS5852 Part 1 Source 0 and 1, which adds confidence for residential upholstery projects.

How to use it

Use it on a tailored occasional chair, banquette or cushions where the pale pink ground can brighten timber, rattan or painted wood. It pairs especially well with cream, warm white and gentle green tones for a calm, lifted scheme.
