About this fabric
Woven in 100% linen, this fabric has the relaxed texture and natural slub you would expect from a linen upholstery cloth. It measures 137cm wide and is supplied as a general domestic fabric with a 30,000 Martindale rub test, making it suitable for fixed upholstery in everyday interiors. The colourway reads as a warm, mellow yellow rather than a sharp citrus tone, softened by the light ground and the fine greenish outline that trims each stripe. It is machine washable at 30C, with a stated 3% shrinkage, and should be dry cleaned after made-up use.
How to use it
Use it on a compact armchair, bench cushion or Roman blind where the soft yellow can brighten a room without feeling harsh. It sits well with painted timber, pale oak and chalky neutrals, and the striped repeat keeps the look crisp.
