Lamina Honey Pot

Chesil Fabric

Lamina in Honey Pot has a warm, golden presence with a softly woven surface that gives the pattern a subtle lift. The tonal zigzag ground reads lively rather than flashy, with pale highlights breaking through the honeyed shade.

About this fabric

This Linwood Chesil fabric is specified for fixed upholstery and has a 25,000 Martindale rub test, making it a practical choice for everyday seating in homes and contract settings. The blend of 47% viscose, 30% cotton, 8% polyester and 15% linen gives the cloth a natural, lightly textured handle that suits the structured weave visible here. In Honey Pot, the design feels sun-warmed and earthy, with golden ochre threads contrasted by lighter neutral bars that sharpen the chevron effect. It is fire retardant to BS5852 Part 1 Source 0 and 1, and should be dry cleaned. The 137cm width and 11cm vertical repeat are useful to note when planning patterned upholstery cuts.

How to use it

Use this colourway on a compact armchair, headboard or window seat where its honeyed tone can add depth without overpowering the room. It works especially well with oak, aged brass and soft stone neutrals for a warm, tailored scheme.

A golden, textural choice that brings warmth to tailored seating and banquettes.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
