Woven in a blend of 16% linen, 8% polyester, 31% cotton and 45% viscose, this Chesil colourway has the body and surface interest suited to contract and general domestic upholstery. The 35,000 Martindale rub test confirms a robust cloth for frequent use, while the A-rated BS5852 cigarette and match compliance adds practical reassurance. Visually, Sahara sits between ochre and antique gold, with a muted warmth that feels earthy rather than bright. The semi-plain structure and fine horizontal striation give the fabric a quiet texture that catches light without looking busy. At 137cm wide and dry clean only, it is a versatile choice for tailored seating and upholstered pieces that need a grounded, sunlit tone.
