About this fabric

This Linwood velvet combines 60% polyester, 28% recycled polyester, 8% acrylic and 4% viscose, giving the swatch its even surface and understated sheen. The plain pile appears dense and refined, with the rose colour sitting between blush and muted terracotta for a soft, cocooning look. With a 100,000 Martindale rub test and upholstery grades for contract and general domestic use, it is well suited to hard-wearing interiors. It is also available for curtains, loose cover upholstery and fixed upholstery, and comes at 137cm wide. The FR rating conforms to BS5852 Part 1 Source 0 and 1.

How to use it

Use this rose velvet to soften walnut, oak or painted timber furniture, where the warm blush tone will add depth without feeling sugary. It also works beautifully as full-length curtains in a calm bedroom or sitting room, where the pile will catch the light.
