About this fabric

This Linwood velvet has a smooth, lustrous face that catches the light in gentle tonal shifts, showing darker ruby shadows and brighter red highlights across the pile. Made from 60% Polyester, 28% Recycled Polyester, 8% Acrylic and 4% Viscose, it combines a luxurious handle with practical durability. With a Martindale rub test of 100,000 and an upholstery grade of Contract and General Domestic, it is well suited to demanding seating as well as curtains and loose covers. The plain design and 137cm width make it easy to use for tailored upholstery, while the FR rating conforms to BS5852 Part 1 Source 0 and 1.

How to use it

Pair this pomegranate velvet with deep walnut woods, aged brass and warm neutrals for a classic, polished look. It also works beautifully as a curtain fabric where the rich red tone can soften and warm a room.
