Omega Velvet 4 Pinot Noir

This plain velvet has the plush, closely piled surface you would expect from a heavyweight upholstery fabric, and the nap catches the light with a subtle, changeable lustre. In this Pinot Noir colourway, the red base is tempered with blackened berry and mulberry depth, giving it a sumptuous but restrained appearance. It is woven in a durable composition of 60% Polyester, 28% Recycled Polyester, 8% Acrylic and 4% Viscose, and the 100,000 Martindale rub test makes it suitable for Contract, General Domestic upholstery. At 137cm wide and with FR certification to BS5852 Part 1 Source 0 and 1, it is also practical for curtains, loose covers and fixed upholstery. Care is straightforward with dry clean or a delicate 30°C wash, while the stain-resistant finish adds everyday reassurance.

Use this shade on a sofa, bench or headboard where its dark berry tone can add depth without looking too bright. It pairs especially well with walnut timber, aged brass and warm neutrals, and can also make tailored curtains feel luxurious and cocooning.
