About this fabric

Woven in a subtle herringbone effect, this colourway shows a pale dusty rose ground with slightly deeper pink threads that create quiet vertical movement across the surface. The fabric is specified at 138.5 cm usable width, with a 40 m standard length, 270 gsm weight and 88 threads per cm, giving it a reassuringly substantial handle. A 1.6 cm horizontal repeat and 0 cm vertical repeat keep the pattern regular and easy to work with. The overall effect is soft, warm and lightly antique, with enough texture to stop the pink from feeling flat.

How to use it

Use Melford Rose to soften a bedroom, dressing room or sitting room where a muted blush tone will warm pale woods and painted neutrals. It pairs especially well with ivory, warm grey and aged brass, letting the fine weave add detail without overpowering the room.
