This Sanderson fabric from the Orwell Weaves collection has a usable width of 141 cm and a substantial 316 gsm weight, which gives the cloth a sturdy, upholstered feel. The pattern repeat is minimal at 1 cm horizontally and 0 cm vertically, so the stripe reads as a tight, orderly texture rather than a bold graphic. In this colourway, the raspberry note sits between pink and muted berry, with a dry, woven finish that softens the brightness and keeps it looking refined. The close threads per cm count of 83 supports the fabric’s crisp, detailed surface and makes the fine stripe especially well defined.

How to use it
