Melford Coral
Melford Weaves FabricSAF0338-10
Melford Coral is a softly textured weave in a pale coral pink, with a subtle herringbone-like structure and fine vertical rhythm across the cloth. The colour reads warm and airy, with a lightly heathered surface that keeps it from feeling flat.

About this fabric
This Sanderson fabric has a usable width of 138.5 cm and a substantial 270 gsm weight, making it a practical mid-weight textile for both upholstery and drapery. The design shows a tight woven structure with a 1.6 cm horizontal repeat and no vertical repeat, creating a neat, orderly surface rather than a bold pattern. In this colourway, the coral pink is muted and powdery, softened by creamy highlights that catch the weave and give it a gentle, chalky finish. It feels fresh but restrained, with enough body for relaxed seating and enough visual lightness for curtains or blinds.
How to use it
Use Melford Coral to warm up pale linen, oak and brushed brass, where its soft coral tone adds colour without overpowering the room. It works especially well in bright schemes that need a little blush warmth, or in layered schemes with terracotta and natural neutrals.
A warm coral weave that brings gentle colour and texture to tailored upholstery or elegant curtains.

Pairs well with
A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Melford Coral without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.
Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
