About this fabric

This Sanderson fabric is a substantial textile with a usable width of 137 cm, a 46 cm vertical repeat and a 63.5 cm horizontal repeat, making the floral damask easy to plan for larger drops or structured upholstery pieces. At 387 gsm and 102 threads per cm, it has a reassuringly dense handle, while the visible surface still keeps a dry, linen-like character. The shell pink pattern is muted and chalky rather than sugary, with softer ivory highlights that help the scrolling flowers and bouquets sit delicately on the ground. The overall effect is elegant and traditional, but the pale palette keeps it light enough to feel fresh in a contemporary room.

How to use it

Use this shell pink colourway on a sofa or ottoman where the damask can be read at close range, then echo the linen ground with relaxed curtains or painted woodwork. It also works well in a bedroom or drawing room with warm whites, faded rose accents and antique brass.
