About this fabric

This fabric has a substantial 387 gsm weight and a finely woven face, giving the design enough presence for tailored upholstery as well as structured drapery. The 137 cm usable width and 50 m standard length make it practical for larger schemes, while the 46 cm vertical repeat and 63.5 cm horizontal repeat create a balanced, traditional rhythm. In this eggshell and linen colourway, the damask reads as softly aged rather than bright, with muted ivory florals and cool grey-green foliage sitting over a creamy base. The overall effect is refined and calm, with the pattern visible but understated.

How to use it

Use it on a formal armchair, a window seat, or dining chairs where the pale ground can lift a darker interior. It also works well alongside painted wood in putty, stone, or pale sage tones, which echo the fabric’s quiet grey-green shading.
