About this fabric

This Sanderson fabric from the Orwell Weaves collection has a useful width of 143 cm and a heavyweight handle at 454 gsm, which suits structured upholstery and other hard-working interior applications. The stripe is extremely fine, with a 0.8 cm horizontal repeat and no vertical repeat, creating a steady pinstripe effect across the cloth. Visually, the colourway is a warm beige with creamy off-white contrast, so the surface feels gentle, sun-washed and quietly traditional. The weave has a neat, close texture with enough body to hold its pattern cleanly on chairs, benches or cushions.

How to use it

Its soft biscuit palette works well with natural oak, linen whites and muted tan leathers, especially in rooms that need texture without strong contrast. Use it to bring a relaxed country-smart note to a bedroom headboard, armchair or dining seat.
