About this fabric

This Sanderson fabric from the Orwell Weaves collection has a usable width of 140 cm and comes on a standard 25 m roll. At 414 gsm, it has a substantial handle that supports both upholstery and drapery applications, while the 56 threads per cm suggest a tightly woven surface. The pattern repeats in an 8.5 cm vertical and 24 cm horizontal rhythm, creating a regular diamond layout with small central marks inside each shape. In this colourway, the indigo sits as a cool, slightly softened blue against the pale ivory ground, giving the design a fresh but grounded contrast rather than a stark navy effect.

How to use it
