Melford Stripe Duck Egg
Melford Weaves FabricSAF0337-07
Melford Stripe Duck Egg shows a fine vertical stripe with a cool, airy duck egg ground and pale cream accents. The effect is crisp and quietly traditional, with enough contrast to read clearly without feeling heavy.

About this fabric
This Sanderson fabric from the Melford Weaves collection has a substantial 428gsm weight, making it feel more suited to upholstery than sheer window use. The design uses a very small 1.9cm horizontal repeat and no vertical repeat, creating neat pinstripe rhythm across the 144cm usable width. In this colourway, the duck egg blue reads soft and slightly greyed, while the slim cream and pale tan lines keep the overall look light and fresh. The woven texture gives the stripe a refined, tactile finish rather than a flat printed surface.
How to use it
Use it on a small armchair, dining seats or a headboard where the cool duck egg tone can lift painted wood and linen. It pairs especially well with chalky whites, pale oak and other restrained blue-greens.
A fresh duck egg stripe that works beautifully with pale woods and crisp neutrals.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
