Tuscany II Duck Egg

Tuscany II Weaves FabricSAF0352-32

Tuscany II Duck Egg is a softly faded blue weave with a gently mottled surface and a relaxed, light-reflective finish. The close basket-like texture gives the colourway extra depth without introducing a visible pattern.

About this fabric

This Sanderson woven fabric has a substantial 344 gsm handle, making it well suited to upholstery, and the 137.5 cm usable width supports practical cutting for larger pieces. The cloth shows a finely irregular weave with tiny specks of pale grey, aqua and white that stop the duck egg shade from reading flat. With no vertical or horizontal pattern repeat, the texture itself becomes the design, creating a quiet, tactile surface rather than a printed effect. The overall tone is cool and airy, with a softened blue cast that feels more chalky than vivid.

How to use it

Use this duck egg blue on an armchair, footstool or banquette to soften darker woods and stone tones. It pairs particularly well with white-painted joinery, pale oak and warm neutrals for a fresh, coastal-leaning room.

A calm pale blue weave that brings a fresh, understated lift to classic seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
