About this fabric

This colourway reads as a muted doe-skin beige, with honeyed tan and taupe threads lifting across the surface for a slightly sun-baked finish. The weave is visibly open and textured, with a rustic, slubby look that adds movement without any set pattern repeat. At 344 gsm and with 56 threads per cm, it has the substance of a heavier fabric, making it well suited to upholstery where the cloth's body and texture can be appreciated. The 137.5 cm usable width also gives useful coverage for seating and loose covers in a calm, neutral palette.

How to use it

Use Tuscany II Doe on a sofa, armchair or banquette when you want a warm neutral that feels natural rather than crisp. It pairs well with oak, rattan, aged brass and other softly weathered finishes.

A warm sand weave that brings natural texture to easy-going seating and soft furnishing schemes.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
