About this fabric

This Colefax and Fowler fabric is woven in a balanced 45% viscose, 35% cotton, 16% linen and 4% polyester composition, with an approximate width of 141cm and a horizontal repeat of 2cm. In Bantry Sand, the check settles into a warm beige tone with a dry, natural-looking surface and subtle tonal movement rather than a sharp graphic effect. The close repeat keeps the pattern refined, while the blend of viscose, cotton and linen suggests a cloth with comfortable body and a softly tailored handle. Its restrained colour and fine texture make it easy to use where a calm, natural ground is wanted. Fire code √CH and care code Q 8 < T 3 are noted for this fabric.

How to use it

Use Bantry Sand to bring quiet warmth to upholstered chairs, window seats or cushions, especially alongside pale timber and chalky neutrals. Its sandy tone also works well as a soft backdrop for darker piping, walnut finishes or olive accents.
