About this fabric

Bantry Sage from the Magnus Checks collection by Colefax and Fowler is woven in a blend of 45% viscose, 35% cotton, 16% linen and 4% polyester. The fabric is approximately 141cm wide, with a vertical repeat of 0cm and a horizontal repeat of approximately 2cm, creating a very restrained small check across the surface. In this colourway, the sage ground sits between green and khaki, softened by the linen and cotton content so the overall effect feels muted, slightly dusty and easy to live with. The weave has a dry, matte texture that keeps the pattern understated and helps the colour read as natural rather than bright. Care code Q 8 < T 3 and fire code √CH are supplied for this fabric.

How to use it

Use Bantry Sage on a tailored armchair, bench seat or scatter cushions where its small check and calming green tone can add structure without dominating. It also suits relaxed curtains in a country or classic interior, especially alongside oak, stone and off-white finishes.
