Bantry Forest from the Magnus Checks collection by Colefax and Fowler has a small-scale horizontal repeat of approximately 2cm and a plain vertical repeat, creating a neat checked rhythm across the cloth. The visible weave feels refined rather than heavy, with the herringbone structure adding movement to the deep forest green ground. Its 141cm approximate width and composition of 45% viscose, 35% cotton, 16% linen and 4% polyester make it a versatile textile with enough substance for both upholstery and drapery. The colour sits in a muted, earthy green family, with low sheen and a slightly weathered depth that softens the sharper edges of the check.
