About this fabric

Woven in 100% silk, Ceres Sand has the light, fluid hand you would expect from a fine decorative fabric, with a subtle sheen that catches across the weave. The colour sits between beige and pale gold, reading warm and mellow rather than bright, and the surface shows slight irregularity and striation that give the cloth quiet movement. With no pattern repeat to interrupt the field, the finish feels calm and continuous, ideal where the fabric itself is meant to provide the texture. At approximately 137cm wide, it is a practical width for elegant window treatments and other decorative applications. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM are supplied for reference.

How to use it

Use this shade where you want a warm, filtered light: it works beautifully as curtains, soft Roman blinds, or a restrained lining fabric in a classical room. Its sandy gold tone pairs especially well with walnut, limestone, and aged brass.
