About this fabric

This Sanderson fabric from the Pinetum Prints collection has a usable width of 137 cm, a standard length of 60 m, a vertical pattern repeat of 20 cm and a horizontal repeat of 30 cm. At 252 gsm and 38 threads per cm, it reads as a substantial mid-weight cloth with enough body for upholstery as well as lighter furnishing use. Visually, the print is delicate and closely worked, with tiny scrolling motifs in a muted truffle-gold tone that sit softly against the pale background. The overall effect is warm rather than sharp, giving the design a calm beige depth that feels refined without looking heavy.

How to use it

Use this warm wheat colourway on a pair of occasional chairs, a bench seat or Roman blinds where the small-scale pattern can add texture without dominating the room. It sits especially well with oak, cane and chalky paint tones, keeping the scheme relaxed and natural.

Pairs well with natural woods and linen neutrals for a quiet, tailored look.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Truffle Wheat without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
