Beach Huts Driftwood

Sanderson Home Fabrics FabricSAF0245-02

Beach Huts Driftwood shows the seaside hut motif in a very pale, weathered palette that feels sun-faded and airy. The design sits softly on the cloth, with sketch-like detail and a gently aged look rather than sharp contrast.

About this fabric

This Sanderson Home Fabrics textile has a usable width of 140 cm, a 60 m standard length, and a substantial 218 gsm weight, making it a versatile mid-weight cloth for curtains or lighter upholstery projects. The large 90 cm vertical repeat and 69.5 cm horizontal repeat give the rows of beach huts a spacious, rhythmic layout across the surface. In Driftwood, the palette stays low-key and muted, with warm beige, pale stone and misty grey notes that keep the houses and beach details soft-edged. The 38 threads per cm help create the fine, detailed drawing effect you can see in the hut panels, steps and railings.

How to use it

Use this colourway in relaxed coastal rooms where the pale driftwood tones can sit against white woodwork, linen upholstery and bleached oak. It also works well in a nursery or sitting room that needs pattern without heavy colour.

Pair with pale timber and chalky neutrals for a calm, coastal feel.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
