Sessile Leaf Forest Green

Pinetum Prints FabricSAF0404-02

Sessile Leaf Forest Green has a calm mossy ground with tiny vertical leaf motifs spaced neatly across the cloth. The cream leaves and wine-red accents give the design a crisp, botanical lift against the muted green.

About this fabric

This Sanderson fabric is supplied with a usable width of 137 cm, a 60 m standard length, and a 252 gsm weight, making it a practical mid-weight cloth for a range of soft-furnishing schemes. The repeating leaf motif measures 14 cm vertically and 17 cm horizontally, and in this colourway it reads as a tidy, small-scale pattern rather than a bold statement print. The ground is a soft forest-leaning olive with a slightly dusty finish, while the stylised leaves are outlined in pale cream with plum-red detailing that adds depth and contrast. At 38 threads per cm, the surface looks closely woven and neatly resolved, with enough substance to hold the pattern sharply.

How to use it

Use it on upholstered chairs, ottomans or bench seats where the olive ground can sit comfortably with timber and painted finishes. It also works well for curtains or Roman blinds when you want a leafy pattern that feels tailored rather than rustic.

A fresh small-scale leaf repeat that brings quiet character to tailored interiors.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Sessile Leaf Forest Green without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
