Linden Garden Green

Orwell Weaves FabricSAF0211-08

Linden Garden Green shows a small, repeating geometric motif in soft olive green, set against a pale ground that keeps the design bright and orderly. The woven texture gives the pattern a lively, slightly raised definition.

About this fabric

This Sanderson fabric has a substantial 570gsm weight, which suits upholstery, while its 136.5 cm usable width and 35 m standard length make it practical for larger projects. The tight 32 threads per cm construction helps the crisp little geometric motif read clearly, with the olive-green pattern sitting cleanly over the lighter base. Its 2.9 cm vertical and 2.7 cm horizontal repeat creates a regular, polished rhythm across the cloth. In this colourway, the green feels fresh but grounded rather than dark, so the overall effect is smart and neatly tailored.

How to use it

Linden Garden Green works well on an accent chair, ottoman, or bench where the small-scale pattern can be seen up close. Pair it with warm timber, chalky neutrals, or aged brass to bring out the muted olive tone.

Use to bring a crisp, tailored olive accent to compact seating or a refined cushion scheme.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
