Linden Pebble

Orwell Weaves FabricSAF0211-01

Linden Pebble shows a tight geometric weave in a softly mottled pebble grey, with cream and taupe threads lifting the pattern across the surface. The small repeat gives it a crisp, ordered look while the texture keeps the overall effect calm and tactile.

About this fabric

This Sanderson fabric from the Orwell Weaves collection has a usable width of 136.5 cm and a substantial 570gsm weight, making it feel firmly upholstered rather than light or drapey. The small 2.9 cm vertical and 2.7 cm horizontal repeats create a neat, interlocking pattern that reads like a textured lattice from a distance. In this colourway, the grey ground sits warm and mineral-toned, while the lighter threads soften the contrast and stop the design feeling stark. The high thread count of 32 threads per cm adds to the dense, finely worked appearance visible in the weave.

How to use it

Use Linden Pebble on an armchair, banquette or ottoman where its restrained grey-beige tone can sit alongside oak, stone and linen. It also works well for scatter cushions in a quieter scheme, adding pattern without overpowering the room.

A quiet, textured neutral that suits tailored seating and refined cushions.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
