About this fabric

This Sanderson sheer has a usable width of 135 cm and a generous 46 cm vertical repeat, so the damask motif can be enjoyed with clear spacing across curtains. At 304 gsm and 30 threads per cm, it has enough substance to hold the pattern definition while still keeping the overall effect translucent and refined. In this colourway, the white base is lifted by a very pale seaspray wash and a trace of yellow-green detailing, which stops it feeling stark. The result is a cool-leaning neutral with a softly antique character that brightens as light passes through it.

How to use it

Pair it with chalky paintwork, pale timber and brushed metal for a calm, layered window treatment. Its muted seaspray tone works especially well in rooms that need lightness without a flat plain sheer.

Use to bring a pale, airy finish with just a whisper of green-toned pattern.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
