About this fabric

This Sanderson sheer fabric has a usable width of 131.5 cm and comes with a 35 m standard length, making it well suited to curtain work. At 139 gsm, it has the lightness you expect from a sheer, while the 40.62 threads per cm give the cloth a fine, crisp handle and clean surface. The visible colourway is a gentle blend of salt-white, oat cream and muted sand, with the looped stripe motif standing out just enough to add interest without darkening the cloth. The repeat measures 19.8 cm vertically and 26.2 cm horizontally, which helps explain the steady rhythm of the pattern across the hanging sample.

How to use it

This pale cream-and-sand colourway works beautifully where you want daylight softened rather than blocked, especially in rooms with natural wood or painted joinery. It pairs neatly with linen upholstery, light timber and tonal neutrals for a calm, layered look.

Use with pale oak and limewashed walls for a light, airy scheme.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Cordelia Salt & Sand without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
