About this fabric

This Sanderson x National Trust Volume II fabric is supplied as a Fabric with a usable width of 141 cm and a standard length of 30 m. At 270 gsm, it reads as a substantial decorative cloth rather than a sheer, which suits the neat, vertical stripe layout seen here. The pattern repeat is 31.5 cm vertically and 20 cm horizontally, and the small-scale trail of leaves and blossoms gives the surface a refined, orderly rhythm. In this colourway, the lichen-toned foliage and white blossom accents sit on a warm cream ground, so the design feels gentle, muted and quietly classic.

How to use it

Use it where you want a light, country-house softness: full-length curtains, café-style blinds or paired Roman shades. The cream ground and lichen detail work especially well with painted timber, pale oak and softly aged brass.

Use for light, elegant curtains or tailored blinds that keep the room airy.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Sloe Blossom Lichen/White Blossom without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
