Nomura Sunsoaked

Sheers FabricSAF0500-01

Nomura Sunsoaked is a softly luminous sheer with a warm ivory ground and gently washed pale green patterning. The design reads light, layered and airy, with the motif sitting quietly in the weave rather than shouting for attention.

About this fabric

This Sanderson fabric comes from the Sheers collection and has a usable width of 135 cm, a standard length of 35 m, a 47 cm vertical repeat and a 22.5 cm horizontal repeat. At 246 gsm with 30 threads per cm, it has enough substance to hang with presence while still keeping the translucent quality visible in the photo. The colourway is a creamy ivory with delicate sun-faded green notes, so the pattern feels fresh rather than stark. Oval and vertical motifs emerge softly through the cloth, giving the surface a diffused, almost weathered look that suits light-filled interiors.

How to use it

Use Nomura Sunsoaked at windows where daylight can pick up the pale green pattern and warm the ivory ground. It works especially well with bleached wood, chalky paint colours and relaxed upholstered pieces in natural linen tones.

Best for airy curtains where the soft ivory ground and pale green accents can glow in natural light.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Nomura Sunsoaked without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
