In #E0D7C6, Double Linen reads as a light warm beige with a gentle grey undertone, so it lifts a room without ever turning bright. On walls, it softens daylight and gives a quiet, settled background that works well in both Acrylic Eggshell, Elite Emulsion and True Matt. In a north-facing room it can look slightly cooler and more refined, with the grey note becoming clearer; in south-facing light the warmer biscuit side comes forward and the colour feels more sunlit. It sits easily beside oak, walnut and painted joinery, and it pairs well with natural linen shades, tobacco browns and muted greens.
