Summit Parchment has a softly warm, parchment-cream ground with a fine tonal chevron weave running vertically across the face. Its restrained contrast gives the swatch a quietly textured appearance rather than a bold graphic effect.

About this fabric

This GP & J Baker fabric is woven from 22% polyester, 42% cotton and 36% viscose, creating a subtly textured surface in a pale, warm cream tone. The small repeating zigzag motif measures 34 cm vertically by 17.5 cm horizontally, giving the design a neat, gently rhythmic scale. At 137 cm wide and rated to 40,000 Martindale rubs, it is specified for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads. The light parchment colour keeps the chevron pattern understated, while the close weave adds definition when viewed up close.

How to use it

Use Summit Parchment to bring a warm, light-neutral layer to an upholstered chair, headboard or relaxed curtain scheme. Its fine cream chevron works particularly well where you want pattern and texture without introducing a strong contrasting colour.
