Drift Flax is a quiet, muted taupe with the natural variation of flax. Its close plain weave shows tiny irregular light and darker threads, giving the surface gentle depth without a visible motif.

About this fabric

Made from 50% cotton, 28% viscose, 18% linen and 4% polyester, Drift Flax has a softly tactile woven appearance. The warm greige-taupe ground is understated rather than stark, with fine flecks that catch the light across the close-textured surface. At 137 cm wide and rated to 40,000 Martindale, it is specified for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads. Professional dry cleaning is required; it must not be washed, bleached or ironed.

How to use it

Use Drift Flax to bring a calm, lightly rustic note to a sofa, headboard or relaxed curtain scheme. Its muted flax taupe sits comfortably with warm whites, timber, stone and deeper earthy accents.
