Summit Spice
Essential Colours FabricBF10677.330
Summit Spice has a warm rust-terracotta ground threaded with fine, pale chevrons, creating a softly textured rhythm across the cloth. Its close pattern reads as understated rather than bold.

About this fabric
The small repeating zigzag motif is formed by lighter and darker threads, giving this colourway a gently flecked, tactile surface. Its earthy spice tone sits between terracotta and muted rust, with the pale woven lines adding definition without cooling the overall warmth. Made from 42% Cotton, 22% Polyester and 36% Viscose, the fabric is 137 cm wide and has a 34 cm vertical pattern repeat with a 17.5 cm horizontal repeat. It is suitable for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads, with a 40,000 Martindale rub test.
How to use it
Use Summit Spice to warm a neutral room through a buttoned chair, upholstered headboard or full-length curtain. Pair its rust-toned ground with chalky creams, aged timber and muted olive accents so the fine chevron remains a subtle layer of pattern.
A warm terracotta chevron weave that brings subtle movement to upholstery, curtains and bedspreads.

Pairs well with
Summit Spice is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
