About this fabric

The close, even weave is lightly mottled rather than completely flat, with delicate vertical grain and small shifts between stone, oatmeal and taupe. This warm, low-contrast colourway has a calm, muted presence that will read softer in natural light than a cooler grey-beige. Made from 45% Viscose, 35% Cotton, 4% Polyester and 16% Linen, the fabric is 137 cm wide (53.82"). Its stated uses are Curtains, Loose Upholstery, Fixed Upholstery and Bedspreads, with a 35,000 Martindale rub test. Care instructions are Do Not Wash, professional dry cleaning only, Do Not Bleach and Do Not Iron.

How to use it

Use the warm pale taupe on a relaxed upholstered chair, headboard or loose cover where its fine grain can add quiet texture without introducing a strong pattern. It also makes softly filtered curtains or a coordinated bedspread for rooms built around stone, oatmeal and natural wood tones.
