About this fabric

This is a refined mid-weight textile in 48% viscose, 29% cotton, 15% linen and 8% polyester, with a subtle 7 cm horizontal pattern repeat. The fine weave gives the warm cream colour a softly tactile appearance, while the restrained surface remains visually calm at the scale of the swatch. At 140 cm wide, it is specified for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads. A 27,000 Martindale rub test supports its use on everyday seating, subject to the stated care instructions: professional dry cleaning only, with no washing, bleaching or ironing.

How to use it

Use Fitzroy Parchment to brighten a traditional or contemporary room without introducing a cool white; it works especially well on upholstered seating, full-length curtains or a softly tailored bedspread. Pair its warm cream tone with natural timber, linen neutrals and muted earthy accents for a layered, light-filled scheme.
