Bird & Iris Ivory/Mole

Signature Prints FabricBP10774.3

Bird & Iris Ivory/Mole places softly painted floral bouquets and small birds across a warm ivory ground. Mole-grey foliage gives the design definition, while faded blush, blue and olive details keep the overall impression light and muted.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% linen, this 134cm-wide fabric combines ivory openness with clusters of pale pink flowers, dusty blue birds and taupe-mole leaves. The medium-scale pattern has a 65cm vertical repeat and a 44cm horizontal repeat, creating clearly spaced bouquet groupings across the cloth. Its 20,000 Martindale rating makes it suitable for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads. The softly textured linen surface and low-contrast palette give the floral a quiet, gently aged character rather than a bright or highly saturated finish.

How to use it

Use the ivory ground to brighten a window seat, headboard or relaxed armchair, then pick up the mole foliage with warm taupe upholstery or natural wood. Dusty blush and faded blue accents can be echoed in cushions without making the room feel overly decorative.

A softly detailed ivory floral with mole, blush, blue and muted olive accents for tailored yet gentle interiors.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
