Rockbird Signature Soft Blue combines a softly weathered blue and sage palette with an intricate garden scene. Birds, flowering branches and layered foliage sit against a warm ivory ground, giving the design a calm, lightly faded character.

About this fabric

Printed on 100% linen, this GP & J Baker fabric is 122 cm wide with a substantial 104 cm vertical and 122 cm horizontal pattern repeat. The image shows perched birds, magnolia-like blooms, curling branches and feathery leaves in muted soft blue, sage, taupe and cream, with the warm ground allowing the pattern to retain plenty of light. Its 20,000 Martindale rub test supports use for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads. The fabric must be professionally dry cleaned and should not be washed, bleached or ironed.

How to use it

Use the cool, softened blue and sage tones to bring a restful garden note to a bedroom, reading room or sitting room. The large repeat is especially effective on full curtains, a headboard or a carefully matched loose cover where the birds and flowering branches can be read in full.
