Pumpkins Indigo layers pale blue-grey leaves, curling stems and cream pumpkin motifs across a deep, muted indigo ground. The cool blue palette gives the dense botanical design a quietly dramatic, slightly weathered character.

About this fabric

The pattern combines large, softly rounded pumpkins with smaller fruit, leaves and fine floral sprigs, picked out in parchment, oatmeal and faded blue-grey against the indigo background. Its 85% viscose and 15% linen composition has a subtly textured textile surface that softens the contrast between the rich ground and lighter motifs. At 137 cm wide, with a 34 cm vertical repeat and 36 cm horizontal repeat, it is suitable for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads. A 45,000 Martindale rub test supports its use on hard-working upholstered pieces, while care requires professional dry cleaning only; do not wash, bleach or iron.

How to use it

Use Pumpkins Indigo on a reading chair, window seat or full-length curtain where its cool blue depth can anchor warm ivory, natural linen and aged timber. The cream fruit motifs also work well with muted brass and soft blue-grey accents.

Use the cool indigo ground to bring depth to relaxed traditional upholstery, curtains or a botanical bedspread.
