About this fabric

This woven fabric is supplied at 137 cm wide, on a 40 m standard length, with a 35.2 cm horizontal repeat and no vertical repeat. The design reads as a fine dobby stripe rather than a bold banded pattern, with narrow taupe and soft brown lines alternating against pale cream ground. At 496 gsm and 43 threads per cm, it has the substance and density to suit upholstery, while still keeping the stripe crisp and refined. The mineral colouring is understated and slightly cool, which helps the pattern feel gentle rather than graphic. It is an easy choice when you want texture and line without introducing a strong colour statement.

How to use it

Use it on a tailored armchair, ottoman or dining seat to add subtle rhythm to a room. Its pale mineral neutrals pair well with limed woods, chalky paints and other quiet, textured fabrics.
