About this fabric

This Sanderson fabric from the Orwell Weaves collection is a substantial 454 gsm textile with a usable width of 143 cm, making it well suited to hard-working upholstery applications. The weave is tightly textured, with 59 threads per cm giving the surface a clear, crisp grain. Its pattern repeat is just 0.8 cm horizontally, so the vertical striping reads as a subtle, regular pinstripe rather than a bold banding. The asparagus tone sits between yellow-green and olive, with a fresh but slightly softened feel against the pale background.

How to use it

Use it on a chair, ottoman or bench where the narrow green stripe can add quiet structure without overpowering the room. It pairs especially well with pale woods, chalky paint colours and other muted greens for a clean, fresh scheme.
