About this fabric

The plain surface has no visible motif and a 0 cm vertical and horizontal pattern repeat, allowing the gentle sheen to remain the focus. At 198 gsm, Ario Satin is a fine, fluid textile with the polished character associated with formal window treatments. The 153 cm usable width supports generous curtain lengths, while the closely woven 48.5 threads per cm give the surface its even, finely textured appearance. In changing light, this colourway shifts subtly between creamy ivory and a faint warm blush.

How to use it

Use the warm ivory tone at full length in a calm bedroom or sitting room, where its satin sheen can catch daylight without introducing a strong colour. Pair it with chalky neutrals, pale timber and softly aged metallics for a quietly formal scheme.

Use this softly luminous ivory satin for elegant curtains, relaxed Roman blinds or refined decorative panels.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
